Ryan M. Zilm has been an active contributor to the Information Management profession since 1998, currently serving as the Manager, Records & Information Governance at Andeavor Companies, Inc. (formerly Tesoro) based in San Antonio, TX. He holds several ARMA and AIIM certificates, participated in the development of ARMA International’s Glossary of Terms, and is a Certified Records Manager. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Administrative Leadership and is currently pursuing an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Texas San Antonio. Before shifting his talents to the Records and Information Management world; Ryan worked in the Information Technology profession servicing the Energy Industry. Ryan is an ARMA Tulsa Past President, has served as the ARMA Houston Program Committee Manager, the VP of Marketing & Technology for ARMA Rio Grande and today is President-Elect for the ARMA International board. He has been awarded the distinction of Chapter Member of the Year three times and Chapter Leader of the Year twice. Ryan also served in the IGP inaugural group and is currently a CRM Part 6 mentor, grader, and presenter. Today, he continues to actively contribute his knowledge and skills in support of Global Information Management.

Mary Beth Hames is an expert and enthusiastic leader in Information Governance and Records Management. With a successful track record as liaison with business divisions company wide, Mary Beth excels in aligning people and resources, integrating business solutions, developing policies and procedures that align with company goals while delivering cost-effective solutions. She has ability to provide guidance and insight to senior executives and organizations through speaking engagements with regards to Records and Information Management best practices and industry standards. As ARMA’s SW Region Director Mary Beth’s passion for ARMA and the membership provides great friendship and satisfaction and is a role she considers a blessing. William Basinger, BA, CRM, Sr. ILM Analyst BBVA Compass
William Basinger graduated in 1998 with a BA from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. He spent 7 years in Contracts Administration for a telecommunications company before joining the Records Management ranks in 2007 where he managed an in-house Records Center at AT&T Wi-Fi Services. In 2010, he moved into the Financial arena at BBVA Compass managing vendor consolidation, retention schedule creation, training development and most currently implementing an electronic information management solution across the company’s footprint. William has been an active member of ARMA. He has been serving on the Austin ARMA Board as Newsletter, WebMaster Co Chair, Vice President, President and currently in his first year as Austin ARMA Chapter Immediate Past President. He earned his CRM in Mar of 2016.
Dave Foley, Director of Records and Information Management (RIM) ONEOK
Dave Foley is the Director of Records and Information Management (RIM) at ONEOK (pronounced “one oak’), a Fortune 200 diversified energy company where he has built a state of the art RIM program based upon the strategy being discussed. He has an extensive information technology background and over 11 years of RIM knowledge and experience from managing and auditing a RIM program, to building one from the ground up. He has been part of industries ranging from international financial services, travel and transportation, global energy, and domestic midstream energy. Dave’s strong leadership is characterized by a spirit of giving back and sharing with others. Notable is his knowledge sharing and involvement when speaking at regional ARMA chapters and meeting RIM professionals to converse about successes and challenges in an atmosphere of trust and support. Dave is currently ARMA Tulsa chapter immediate past president and is the co-chair for the ARMA Energy Industry Roundtable. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, biking, and flying airplanes with his wife and two dogs.
Debra Foley, Manager of Records and Information Management (RIM), ONE Gas, Inc.
Debra Foley is the Manager of Records and Information Management (RIM) at ONE Gas, one of the largest natural gas utilities in the United States providing services to more than 2 million customers. Her background includes information technology, career development, education and over 10 years of records management. She developed and implemented a RIM training program for the 6th largest publicly traded oil company in the world and personally trained over 2,000 employees across six different countries. Deb has held various board positions with ARMA Tulsa and actively participates in several energy and utilities roundtables. Away from work, she enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with her dogs, and flying small aircraft with her husband.
Tom Forsyth, CRM, Enterprise Content Management Solutions Consultant DataBank IMX
Tom Forsyth, CRM, is an ECM Solutions Consultant for DataBank IMX with over 38 years in the document and records management field. Tom began his RIM career in micrographics with Lanier Worldwide where he worked for 21 years. Tom has been with DataBank since 2001 providing complete document management services and solutions in the Southwest Region. Tom helps organizations to achieve maximum benefits from a successful deployment of ECM. His knowledge of records and information management puts him in a unique position to help organizations transition from paper-based to electronic systems. Tom has served as a Region Coordinator for the ARMA Southwest Region since 2010. He has also served as President, Senior VP, VP Public Relations, Immediate Past President, Past President and ICRM Liaison for the ARMA Dallas chapter. ARMA has had a positive impact on Tom’s career development. The CRM Seminars, Study Sessions and Mentoring provided by ARMA and the Dallas chapter were instrumental in his success in passing the CRM exams on his first try in 2003. Tom has served as an instructor for the Part V of the CRM exam at many of the Southwest Region CRM Conferences since 2005. He has also been an instructor for local CRM study groups and provided educational programs for many of the chapters in the Southwest Region.

Emily Martin has worked in records management for twelve years and became a CRM in 2016. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English and a Masters in Library and Information Science. She is the Records Manager at Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann LLC in New Orleans. Active in the Greater New Orleans ARMA Chapter, she has served as chapter president, vice-president, secretary and board member. She is currently serving on the ARMA Southwest Region Team as the Chapter Advisor for Operations and Governance.
Ashley McKay, MLIS, CRM, Sr. Records Compliance Specialist Valero Energy Corporation
Ashley McKay, MLIS, CRM began her career as a forensic medicine and automotive safety librarian. After 7 years of researching car crashes and head injuries, she decided to change careers and has been working in the Records and Information Management field since 2007. She has been a CRM since 2012. Her tenure at Valero Energy Corporation has included opportunities in email management, ECM system implementation, e-discovery, retention schedule redesign and a whole host of other projects. File share clean-up is the next challenge on the horizon. Ashley’s favorite part of RIM is having challenging puzzles tossed over the cubicle wall at 4:59 on Fridays, which are best solved while drinking wine in her yoga pants on Saturday.
Kelly O'Brian, BS, CRM Manages Records Department North Texas Municipal Water District
Kelly O'Brian has worked in the records management field for eight years. She holds a BS in Organizational Administration and a partial masters in Software Systems. She has been an ARMA International and Dallas Chapter member since 2012. She earned the CRM designation in 2013 and also holds the Essentials of Records and Information Management certification. She has been on the Dallas ARMA Board for four years and is currently the Chapter President. Kelly currently manages the Records Department at the North Texas Municipal Water District. Prior to working for the District, she taught computer software courses at a private college in Minnesota and worked in the Technical Support Department of a financial services company. As administrator of the District’s records management program, one of Kelly’s top priorities is employee training. She is also the administrator of the District’s ERMS (Laserfiche) and holds the Laserfiche Certified Professional GOLD 10 certification from the Laserfiche Corporation.

Don Ryan manages Andeavor’s information security awareness program, focusing on enterprise-wide delivery of various awareness activities including training, seminars, and ad hoc events. Don has 20 years of experience in information technology and security, including engineering, policy and compliance, senior executive consulting, and architecture. Don has lead broad-reaching engagements at organizations across the country and is well-versed in common information security frameworks and practices. Prior to his tenure at Andeavor, Don worked within the non-profit sector and evangelized cyber security at senior levels within state and local governments and communities. He was actively involved in Cyberstorm III, an international cyber security exercise that took place in Washington, DC. Don's experience in the financial sector included industry-specific compliance and policy management, complex architectural design, and a deep understanding of the unique cyber security challenges companies face routinely. Don has a Master's degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University, and is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

Kevin Waldrup is the Records Management Administrator with the City of Austin’s Public Health Department. Jenifer Wierum is a Senior Cyber Security Analyst with Andeavor. U.S. Army Electronics Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst Veteran, who worked as a Department of Defense (DoD) Contractor for 20+ years. Expert in IA processes with a degree in BS in Computer Science and a Master’s in Information Assurance (IA) and Security. Ms. Wierum work previously as a Sr. IA Engineer for Camber Corporation, the IA Manager for CygnaCom Solutions, as well as the Lead Test Engineer and IA Lead for the Air Force implementation of the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI). She has lead several DoD and Service-related technical and IA working groups.

Alexander Webb, CRM, IGP is currently the Records and Information Management Officer for the Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority with almost a decade of experience in the management of local government digital and physical records.
