Leadership Tools for Transformation:

How to connect and collaborate through change without compromising integrity.

Keynote Summary

The world of work is changing. The lines are beginning to blur between entites with shared data, cloud solutions and outsourced vendors. As records managers we are the gatekeepers and protectors of the vault of records. If we send something to the cloud, will we get it back? What due diligence is required? Will it be part of the requirements at the start of a project or merely an after thought? In times of great transformation we must act as leaders to preserve the integrity of the entities we serve; whether we hold a formal position or not. We must educate others whether we want to or not. This interactive session will give you the Tools for Transformation to allow you to lead in your role. Whether you are tasked to join the collaborative community in the cloud or connect face to face in the traditional real world you will be able to maintain your inner compass of integrity.
